Photography Services Terms and Services Agreement

This Agreement is made between the Photographer and the Client for the provision of photography services.

1. Ownership of Photos - All photographs taken during the course of this agreement remain the sole property of the Photographer. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

2. Photographer’s Use of Photos - The Photographer retains the right to use all photos taken during the session for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:•Display on the Photographer’s website or portfolio•Use in printed promotional materials such as flyers or brochures•Posting on social media platforms

 

3. Client Consent- By entering into this agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the Photographer’s rights to use the photographs as described above. If the Client wishes to restrict certain uses, this must be stated in writing and agreed upon before the session.

 

4. No Unauthorized Reproduction - The Client may not edit, alter, sell, or publish the photos without the Photographer’s written permission.

5. Legal Enforcement – Failure to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement may result in legal action. Both parties acknowledge that any breach of this agreement could lead to consequences enforceable by law.
