Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their photography session at any time. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. This fee covers time reserved and preparation already undertaken. To avoid the cancellation fee, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. I understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a genuine emergency, the cancellation fee may be waived at the photographer’s discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
